One Punch Man, Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, Cowboy Beebop. The last two dubbed, OPM either dub or sub, season 2 isn't dubbed yet though so you would have to wait if you did dub for that

Well my choice has to be my favorite Anime of all time Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood. I think you'll love it.

In addition to FMA: Brotherhood, I'd also recommend the 2003 series of Fullmetal Alchemist. Brotherhood is more true to & in line with the manga storyline because it was done around the time that the manga was coming to a conclusion. The 2003 series deviates from the manga about halfway through & has a different ending than Brotherhood, but it ties into the feature length movie Conqueror of Shamballa that came out after the 2003 series ended. It'd be nice to see you react to both & give your opinion on the differences between the two, etc. Both are fairly long series. Brotherhood has 64 episodes & the 2003 series has 51 episodes. FYI: Vic Mignogna (Qrow's VA until recently) voices one of the main characters in both versions.

While it's not an anime I seriously recommend watching Young Justice. The writing is really good, the characters are very enjoyable (Superboy is such an angsty bean), and the tone is surprisingly mature. The first season is easily on par with RWBY vol. 3 in my opinion. And don't worry if you're not a DC fan the show really holds up on its own (give or take a few obscure characters).
