Our today's guest is Noera, she is one of the five Councillors of the Great Council of T'egra's Union (reminder: T'egra is both the Union and the Fleet at the same time, they rule over a sizable chunk of Arnainskiy Cross galaxy and are responsible for its protection, trade and communication between other Unions and are in general a massive hub for thousands races to call their home); she is also a Siaya - a Sivalaary who stayed in its original form for hundred thousands years after being materialized from energy that came from the Matrix World after massive inter-dimensional explosion which was caused by the Ancients and their experiments with synthesizing matrix fluid gathered from animals from their home world - Reagkhay - igriyeras, creatures who fed themselves on frame plants and digested its fluids into raw material that can be called a "mold" for the future "key" - matrix spheres - to another dimension of pure energy with infinite potential of producing life (Sivalaary being an example, embodiment, and a tiny drop of the Matrix World seeped into our own), generating tangible energy, be it to power weapons, spaceships or massive flying space megalopolises, by bending specially produced material from frame plants - frame threads, owner of appropriate sized matrix mentally controls its actions, from opening doors, to connecting to other matrices regardless of distance, adding their life essence to produce heavy weapon charges, armor's damage adsorption to even traveling through the Matrix World itself to another destination, though the last one takes a toll on living organism and more they travel, more their physiology degrades, which exactly happened to the Ancients themselves, yet it's a whole another story...
