Yes, her human body can no longer contain her divinity. And no we haven't had any background on Linda. That reference to her uncle Edwin was just a humorous quip. Don't worry we will get some backstory on Linda, just not right away. And you are right, Lucifer would have felt pain at being shunned by his father and siblings, but more so is the pain from falling in love with Chloe and believing it was not real after finding out God put her in his path - that would be fresher and more painful in my view. Maze can be so insightful - she immediately recognized the real scoop on the party people, where Chloe initially only saw the superficial. But Maze being Hell's best torturer, she would be adept at spotting human weakness. She played it so well, but the one time Leslie let her native accept slip through when she pronounced "territory". (Leslie is from South Africa)
