7 - Making Memories (Patreon)

The dream ended.

Djali opened his eyes. He was sitting on the wall of the room, which it has now colors. The tentacles dissappeared. The goat now is relaxed, quiet, and he has no more pain, fear, or even untrust.

- "Welcome back, Djali". - Cheshire said.- "We almost lost you".

- "I know". - Djali replied. - "Thank you all of you. I... I has been lost hope, even on myself, obssesed with the past. Now everything is clear".

- "What obssesed you?" - Asked Mune. - "What trapped you all this time?"

- "I am going to tell you the truth". - Responded Djali, sitting down on the ground. - "I was obssesed with Achilles. After many years of know him, I wanted to pass to the next step. But it was not my case. He was on other things I cannot remember. So, our ways were separated for a missunderstood. And, well... us... distanced... you know. And is not important anyways. I really wanted him with me. I really wished him. Then I tried to forget him, and I did it. But the good memories still there. My heart never forgot him".

- "I seen the vision of your dream. Is that happened?" - Asked Cheshire giving a big smile.

- "Yes". - Responded Djali. - "Yes and no. I mean, is a memory but when I was a kid, that thing really never happened. It was only a dream of something I wanted. I wanted something like that happen with Achilles. It was a wish, but not for bad things. I wanted a pure friendship".

- "I am pretty sure he doesn´t forgot you". - Mune said. - "Why not you get out of here and find him?"

Djali slowly was smiling: "This you said... is like thinking how the things should been happened..."

- "Oh no". - Mune said. - "The things already happened and we must accept it because is impossible change it. Just find him and start all over again. I am sure he is waiting for you".

The goat was thinking seriously on it. His perspective changed radically.

- "Yes. You are right". - Djali finally speaked. - "And if he accepts my forgives it will be a pleasure be friend again, and if not, he will lives in my memories... but only the good ones, and I will discard the bad things".

Then, he stand up. He gave a hug to Mune and he concluyed: "I don´t know how long I was here, but I don´t care. I will start all over again. Thank you". - "Your welcome". - Mune replied him.

Then, Djali dissappeared, and the room suddenly turned dark. The door was closed forever. Everybody was out of the room when the door leaved to exist.

- "Good job team". - Slade speaked triumphally.

- "I think I learned something". - Replied the orange cat. Everybody was happy celebrating, excepting Cheshire.

- "Perhaps". - Interrumpted Cheshire with grim voice. - "And only perhaps we forgot to ask him where those tentacles came".

- "Wait, is that important?" - Refused Slade. - "We saved him, I don´t care where they come, the quest is over... right?"

- "I´d like to share the same opinnion with you, rat. But no, this is not over. The corruption is still somewhere and we need find it".

Nobody said anything anymore, excepting the Shadow. - "I know somebody can help you, and maybe you can help him to get out too".

- "Alright. Guide us". . Cheshire said.

And the animals morally animated continued walking on the hallways...
