Patreon iOS App Charges Extra 30% (Patreon)

Just a headsup to anyone using Patreon through Apple IOS... don't subscribe through iOS because you'll have to pay an extra 30% for Apple's store fee. You can get the same thing by logging into any other web browser and doing it from there.

This is going to start in November 2024 but I'm just letting you know now that's what's happening as they let us know recently.

I don't expect it'll affect too many people given that we're modding games on the PC, but just in case... don't pay an extra 30% - because that'll just be you setting a bit of your money on fire so that Apple the richest company in the world can get a little bit richer. They'll probably just lose it behind the couch.
