Weekly Progress #82 (Patreon)

Like I said in Thursday’s post, I apologize for the delay, but I’ve dealing with a lot of stress lately especially with one of my videos being reposted to Facebook. 

This Week’s Completed Projects
The only project I finished this week was the Boruto video. One of the problems I ran into for the project was the Boruto model. The model had a weird rigging problem in which anytime I rotate the neck bone, the jaw bone rotates as well. However, I asked the person who ported the model to fix the model so it’s no longer an issue. Despite this, the animation for the video wasn’t too painful to animate. Everything was straightforward to animate, and even lighting the video was less aggravating than I anticipated. I even had time to include my avatar as an Easter Egg for the video. With that said, the video should drop last week of July making it the last main parody for the month I finished.

This Week’s Ongoing Project
To be honest, I do not have a lot of report. I spent most of my week focusing on finishing the Boruto video. However, I will be talking about the work I started to do.

I finished the script for a Crash and Spyro parody which I will be releasing when the game comes out in September. I got all the lines for the video except for Sonic and Activision who will be voiced by Prince Vegeta and Brendaniels. I’m also waiting for all the lines for Blazeblue video I talked about a week ago which I anticipate I’ll be getting next week. Finally, I got all the lines for the next MHA parody which I plan to work on until I get the lines for that Blazeblue parody. The problem I’m having for the MHA video is figuring out where to fit it in my schedule. I want it to swap out the One Punch Man parody I have planned but I’m not sure what should be that parody’s new release date. I was thinking about releasing it for the Fall 2018 anime season, but there has been no confirmation that OPM will be coming out in the fall. If anyone have any suggestions on what I can do, please lemme know.

This Week’s New Ideas
No new ideas to report on.

Hiatus
So I will be taking an animation hiatus from May 4th to May 18th and animations will resume May 25th. I still plan to animate during that time, but at a much slower and comfortable pace. I also plan on livestreaming on Twitch so feel free to look at it. I also will be taking a break from Weekly Posts during this hiatus. Either way, I still hope you guys have a wonderful day or night!
