Connor is available as a standalone race, you only have to pick his race in the racemenu, it's called Connor.

He is already set up and ready to go.

The follower is at the Drunken Huntsman in Whiterun. He has no custom armor, so be sure to give him something of your choice if you want.

You can adjust his settings via CK.

By default, he uses vanilla body with vanilla skeleton. You can replace those with anything you want 'cause tastes differ and all that crap.

Connor has no weight slider. His default weight is 0.
The LED uses beard slider. Or maybe brow. IDK.

Conner looks very good, I would make him my companion at once, but is there any way to remove this strance blue circle from his head? It completely destroys the Skyrim immersion...

Open the facegen nif, locate the circle, go to shaderproperty, find "alpha" that is set to 1.000000 - set it to 0, and it's all good.
