We've been trying a lot of new stuff since taking on Blender as our main focus, which has been putting other facets of our releases on hold. Remasters, requests, and studio releases have been at a standstill for a while. That said, today I'll be opening up remasters yet again, and I'm going to make some decisions on how to adapt our polls from SFM into Blender for our Major Studio Releases. I'm sure some models just won't transition well, but we'll do our best to find something comparable among the winners. We've been working in Blender long enough that there's enough content to redo in 8K with better bit depth, sound, and lighting.

Speaking of trying new stuff, with this animation we decided to make a simple transition from standing doggy to grabbing her horns. Just like in real life, transitions are always a little awkward. It can be hard to make them look natural and sexy, as they aren't always natural and sexy in real life. Then throw in VR, and it gets even worse. Not bad for our first try, but we have a ways to go. We might put transitions on hold for a while as we work on new models and content, but we'll come back to it if we do.

I was very excited to be releasing 120fps VR, but after some deliberation I've decided against it. The amount of time required for something that's so niche and hardly noticeable in comparison to 60fps just isn't worth the extra hours required to make it happen. 8K is definitely here to stay, however, and I've been working on increased bit depth to ensure that there's no color banding or pixelization taking place anymore. You'll even notice a difference in our 6K versions! It's very time consuming, but having that extra bit of detail really adds to the immersion.
