"This is pretty much your spot now. You and Mercy meet up here over and over again, trying something new each time. No one to bother you or get in your way. Just you and Mercy experimenting; taking almost all of you in her throat is a high order, but she's trying!"

As one of my first 8K scenes, I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. I've noticed some odd pixelization in some parts, and I'm not sure what caused that. Beyond that, it turned out remarkably well. As much as I enjoy the 120fps 6K version, the 8K is pretty mind blowing. I think once we have the technology and 16K is a thing in VR, that will be the benchmark for "real life" graphics.

I'm still working on keeping banding down in the scene. It's not apparent in the main characters, but it IS apparent in the background. This seems to happen on every scene I've done in 8K over the past couple of weeks. Again, not a big deal, but I'm a perfectionist and want you all to have the best quality possible.

Enjoy!

Man i wonder what 8k would look like. Sadly if i tried to watch it in 8k i could fry an egg on my Headset. Same for 120fps. Is it a matter of VR headset or more GPU ? Anyone know ?

Even that question isn't easy to answer. If you buy a headset that works off of your PC, it's not just your GPU you have to worry about. You have to check your codecs are up to date, that your memory is sufficient, your CPU, your GPU, the program that you use is good, and then downloading the right format. Where as the Quest 2 is all on board, it handles everything quite fluidly. I don't like the Facebook aspect, but besides that it's just plain amazing.
