This took a long time to make in comparison to our other weekly releases. What began as a fairly simple commission of a follow up to our last major studio release turned into a very, very complicated video. 

We don't do transitions between positions normally. Usually transitions end up being a mess in VR, and it's time that could have been spent elsewhere on a project, but it was requested by the commissioner. Due to the time required to do a position's transition properly, this alone added an entire week onto the project, BUT, when done well, it can be quite sexy. Especially when you have someone as talented as Karissa lending her voice and ideas to the animation.

Being that this was a commission, this also meant the video was more hands on. We went through multiple phases of changes, requests, and additions, and ultimately the project came out better for it. This isn't me complaining by any means; we ended up figuring out a better workflow for our weekly releases team, and now we're caught up and ready to take on new projects. I'd like to think the commissioner came out happy as well!
