This was just a quick idea I had, and figured I would try out a different model with the slime girl. I've learned that definitely have to use fully nude models, as normals still cause you to see textures you might try to hide, even if you manipulate the bones directly. But the slime itself is way better this time along the terms of light blending. I also figured out the blending in and out to be much smoother, as well as practicing lighting as she appears and disappears on skin. This was about practicing with the different settings and getting the lighting and scene build just right for transparency, but the animation was fun as well. I think we need to stick to bigger, more updated models like Lord Aardvark's Samus. The couple of suggestions I tried seemed like they would work well, but don't due to limitations.
