So as many of you know I've been rather busy lately with selling my house in preparation for moving in the spring.

After many long hours and weekends spent working on that house, we got an offer today. Full Asking Price.

I'm pretty stoked, and is definitely a ray of sunshine on a bleak day.

Hopefully with that being nearly off my plate of responsibilities I can get back to drawing and being lazy like I do so well.
