Drawing characters #91 (shadows & bg) (Patreon)

After the hair before, we should have shadows and then background. But I decided to post them both here, as the final image for this illustration, cause it fits better with the heavy high contrast you get from the leather military coat.

I'm learning a lot each time I practice this inking techniques, highly inspired by very talented artists. The first of them being Patrick, for sure. 

I started inking another illustration you saw step by step on my Patreon. It's coming soon. I really like this rendering. But I feel I need to practice more, how to handle the technic properly, making it my own.
