What do you guys think of the use of a random number generator to do these? It's such a pain in the ass to do it by hand, film, upload. Could I just take a screenshot of the assigned names and numbers and the generated result? I've seen that done on other people patreons.

Random number generator is fine, I think a lot of people do that nowadays ^^

I personally would trust you to do the raffle in whichever way you find easiest. I don't need any proof from you. Simply announcing the results would be fine. One suggestion though. If you decide to go with an online random generator please announce the exact generator you will have used along with results. This way those of us who know a thing or two about math will be able to go there and verify that they implemented their generator correctly. It's not exactly trivial to make good random numbers.

Oops, I missed reading the second part when this landed in my inbox! I don't remember which one I saw (ECMajor was using it so I can ask him). But here's a better question then, do you know of one that is good/you'd trust?
