Hey everyone! I'm incredibly proud of this one and would love if you would share it. I took the mysterious sounds made by Comet 67P, as recorded by the Rosetta space probe and released on their SoundCloud last week, and used them to create the backing track for a cover of "Across the Universe" by The Beatles. The accompanying video, with VFX by the awesome Philip Bowser, makes me super happy; I think it really captures the solemn awe of the song and the amazing beauty of the universe. If you're interested in my sound design process, I go behind the scenes in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ioAYxC6iqLs I'm working on a full album of songs using the comet sounds because I LOVE OUTER SPACE and will be in touch to give you a download of that as soon as it's done! Thanks for your support and I hope you're having an excellent day!

Across the Universe - performed with Comet 67P.

✷ ABOUT ✷ When I first heard that the ESA had not only landed on but recorded audio from a comet, I knew I had to make something out of it. So here's a reworking of the Beatles' awesome cosmic ballad "Across the Universe" which, apart from my singing, was created entirely with sounds from the Rosetta space probe's recording of Comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko.
