I’m just trying to get into Yoga too! You’re inspiring me! ☺️ I see you use a Manduka yoga mat. Do you use two of them for a little extra cushion or can you share what the second mat is under you’re Manduka one as well? I find my knees could use a little extra padding, but don’t know what to add—thinking a second mat might work well for myself too. Ps-love your content! Thanks for sharing.
