A Buck to the Face - The Perfect Pear (Patreon)

For Brawny's first lesson, Whole Grain attempts to teach him introspection through advanced meditation - tapping into the very magical essence of Equestria itself. Unfortunately, Brawny didn't hear all of the instructions and ends up on yet another time-travelling adventure.
Or maybe is it Whole Grain's fault for giving me complex instructions as we go along? I feel like that might be the type of thing to explain in full ahead of time.
This, at the time, was the episode that a lot of bronies had been asking for since nearly the entire duration of the brony fandom. When it came out, it was pretty decisive. I thought it was really cool how they remembered obscure continuity such as Mayor Mare's pink hair as well as the big details like Nightmare Moon's face still being seen in the moon itself. But I could have sworn that Mrs. Cake's name had been Cupcake previously. And I'm also wondering why the Orange family seems to not exist anymore. Also, why the heck don't any of the parents have a spouse? Despite all of this, it was a very sweet episode. Bitter in a sense of knowing how it ends ahead of time.
