As you all know, today's edition is a doozy. Apart from revisiting the idea of redemption for a character that, until now, seemed to have less of a chance for it than Discord; we're also looking at what it means to choose your destiny and how we can use that mindset to apply our talents to things that seem unrelated.

The Cutie Mark Crusaders may have reached a milestone in their storyline. But the adventures are far from over. I can't wait to see what they'll do now that they plan on dedicating themselves to helping others find their talents as well. Perhaps they'll pick up even more skills along the way. They had potential to become anything they really wanted to be before this episode aired. Now that we've seen them choose to stay the path, the opportunities for learning and growing are nearly limitless.
