Greetings,

In this edition, I talk about the skills Rarity employed during "Rarity Investigates!", their practicality and how you can learn them - if you don't have them already.

Something else that can be taken away from the episode is that sometimes, the best method for solving a problem is complex. If you don't trust your friends who are trying to help you and aren't willing to put in the time or the effort to investigate the root of the issue, nothing will ever get fixed. You'll suffer the consequences and still be stuck in your ways all the same.

False accusations happen all of the time and are usually rooted in misunderstandings. However less common, people using false accusations as an attack on someone's character is even more dangerous. But if you can think more like Rarity, you can know how to avoid situations where people might be able to do this to you.

Conversely, we can use the skills to get to the bottom of misunderstandings between our friends. We don't just have to be the victims in life. We can also reach out to help those who are being victimized.

This doesn't have to just apply to what would equate as schoolyard gossip or professional sabotage. This can also apply to self-defense situations such as muggings, home invasion and sexual assault. Many of which can be avoided by reading the situation and people around you properly and making sure you walk with confidence - not looking like an easy target.

Be sure to let me know what you think.
