My new place didn’t come with a fridge so I made the best of it and got a baby blue/mint one! 😊I’m used the apartments here just coming with the fridge and oven/stoves, but majority of the places I toured while searching for an apartment didn’t have a fridge included. Some didn’t even have an oven/stove either. Buying a fridge is like mmm okay… I guess that’s alright. But expecting a renter to buy a whole oven/stove?! I don’t know… that seems like too much. Those things are expensive and very bulky and heavy. That’s a lot to put onto a renter to purchase when they just paid rent and a deposit (which here in LA a deposit is sometimes 2x the rent). Anyway… that’s not really what the point of this post is haha.
