Hi Everyone!!!! We hope everyone has been enjoying our last patches! As we've announced in our previous post, we are implementing a whole new feature that allows all players to customize their homes even more.

Introducing Little Sim World v0.33.7: Furniture Colouring update.

Below is the list of contents that we've added and updated in this patch. Check out some tips on how to paint your furniture at the end of this post!

New Content:

  • Gameplay:
    Players can now change the colours of their furniture! This comes with a whole new UI.
    New Furniture: Workbench. Used for Furniture Colouring. It can be bought at the D&Y Counter.
    D&Y's Handicraft section now contains a “Workbench” and the Paint Bucket Shelves are now usable (for a fee).
    Added buyable Paint Buckets, we do have two kinds at the moment, Basic and Premium buckets.
    “Repack” option is now usable in BuildMode, needed in order to paint your furniture.
  • Visual Updates:
    Added career progression experience wheel.
    Added Furniture Colouring section to D&Y.

Updated Content:

  • Gameplay:
    Slightly adjusted career performance.
    Changed “Miss Work” timer from 30 minutes to 60.
    Changed all career rank 5, now they give more money and make the player work an hour less per work day.
    Changed the Library's locked door. Now the player can enter the reception at all times.
    Updated Curry to have a daily limit of 1 in the pub shop.
    Updated furniture prefabs, now they have a colour option.
    Fridges now aren't accessible through the stove.
  • Visual Updates:
    Changed the map schedule tooltip. Made AM and PM show on 80% text size by default.
    Updated the kitchen's furniture, now they're smaller.
    Updated Default House with new furniture colours.

Bug Fixes / Dev Tweaks:

  • Fixed camera to no longer cause some UI to behave weirdly.
  • Fixed a bug that made the player clip over cars.
  • Fixed D&Y's counter collider, now it's rounder.
  • Fixed a bug that caused the character to clip over cars.
  • Fixed a bug where the player could erase selectable traits by right-clicking them.
  • Fixed a bug on LearnBluePrint's animation that caused a hand break.
  • Fixed outline to reselect mouse on interaction to verify if outline should show.
  • Fixed some spelling mistakes.
  • Refactored UI_Experience so it's not dependent on interests.
  • Fixed ShopPedestal to correctly remove the item after purchase.
  • Fixed a bug where the player could walk with the phone app opened.
  • Fixed lockers to not stop interaction for all entities when an entity interacts.
  • Fixed sprite reference on some TV Cabinets.
  • Fixed OnTimeChange rule using the incorrect multiplier.
  • Fixed an issue that caused tooltips not to show on BuildMode.
  • Fixed a bug that caused arms to clip in and out of some fences.
  • Fixed a bug that caused Text with accents not to appear correctly.
  • Fixed some spelling errors.
  • Fixed a bug where the player could walk with the phone opened.
  • Inventory V2!
  • Updated to the new input system.
  • Updated interest to calculate tick every 3 real seconds instead of 3 LSW minutes.
  • Updated Input system.
  • Updated Shops system
  • Reworked Stove prefabs.
  • Added support for MMF_Player (new feedback system).
  • Renamed and moved folders to clean up some project messes.
  • Removed Personality requirement when creating a new character.
  • Starting animations can now be fast-forwarded!
