PSA on tier changes: Combining lvl 2 and 3 tiers (Patreon)

Like it says on the tin, I plan to combine the second and third tiers into one. This is for two reasons, one because I want to make my nsfw variants more accessible, and because the extra two dollars in the third tier seems a little too arbitrary for access to PSD files. I currently only have one patron in that level anyway, so GOOD NEWS! You'll be saving 2 bucks next month!
