There is actually a spin-off about an adult Waver Velvet. The title is "Lord El-Melloi II's Case Files {Rail Zeppelin} Grace note." It's not a "main" season, just a side story, so it's not required to watch, but I think you'll enjoy watching it on your own time outside of the actual sequel seasons to Fate/Zero. But I wouldn't mind seeing you react to it.

You were looking away for the entire scene when Saber killed Berserker and missed a lot of important dialogue. Next up after the next episode is the sequel series, "Fate/Stay Night Unlimited Blade Works." This isn't a spin-off, it's required viewing. Fun fact, Gilgamesh is the first heroic figure in written history, which is why he is called the "King of Heroes."

Fate stay night unlimited blade works is a direct sequel to Fate Zero.

The Kirei vs Kiritsugu fight is my favorite fight in all of anime. Its not about animation its about storytelling. The next must watch is Fate Stay Night: Unlimited Blade Works. A very different show from this one. And interesting is the contrast between the hero of justice that sacrifices the one they love to save the world and the hero of justice that sacrifices the world for the one he loves.
