Mwahaha! It's about time that I did a proper holiday-themed map, and there's none better than Halloween. I'm actually planning on more, but more on that in a bit.

This week's map is a bizarre place - the interior of a carved Jack-O-Lantern! I don't know what kind of terrible curse or fair folk might've done this, but it's your fault for having gone poking around in that pumpkin patch. I actually wish I could say that it was inspired by Neutral Party's pumpkin patch map from last week, but the truth is that the idea was just thrown at me by a friend, and I found it too good to resist.

  • The Supporter-tier variants include the pumpkin's internals, decorated with a variety of smaller pumpkins and jack-o-lanterns, as well as a towering 10' candle! Or maybe the candle is normal-sized, and you're just smaller. The map also comes with an ominous purple version, as well as a surprise guest/boss fight - the Snatcher, from A Hat in Time! Please don't sue me, Gears for Breakfast.
  • The Enthusiast-tier variants include a dark pumpkin with an extinguished candle, a version with lit jack-o-lanterns for patches of light in the darkness, and a bonus green edit for both Snatcher and the normal pumpkin.

Benefactors also get the Snatcher as a separate boss token - a massive 14x14 entity. Technically, he's quite a bit smaller than that, but the smoke and fog surrounding him takes up space on a PNG, too.

Of course, the Snatcher is too cool to be restrained by petty things like subscriptions, so I'm providing a version with him free, too! This map is 20 tiles wide and tall, coming in at a resolution of 2000 by 2000 pixels - that's 100ppi. It'll never change, but just so you know. I hope you enjoy it!

Now, for the other thing - I'm working on a couple of bonus maps this week, too, which I hope I'll be able to get done before next week. They'll be a haunted masoleum/crypt (or two) and a corner store, possibly with zombies. Not actual zombies, mind. I'm frighteningly bad at drawing people - that's why I draw buildings! Look forward to 'em.
