The sun shines down, through a gaping crack in the ceiling above, illuminating and reflecting off the dusty, dulled surfaces of this once-brilliant palace/temple complex. Rushing floods of water still surge through the old channels, seemingly untouched by time, diverted from the nearby grand river.

Today's map is an elaborate chamber in an underground ruin, inspired by an old map I had used in a game about a year and a half ago!

  • The Supporter-tier variants include the ruins lit by sunlight, by moonlight, and by the eerie glow of a toxic-green fluid. Acid? A necromancer's foul pollution? I don't know what they do to get their lairs to glow green, but it sure looks neat. There's also an underwater version!
  • The Enthusiast-tier variants are all three of the above, drained of water. The dry channels become a new layer of tactical consideration as characters are able to move across without hinderance - and find cover using the channel walls.

But wait! There's more! I had problems focusing this week and drew two extra sketchy maps while testing different art styles. I'll upload them in a bit as patron-exclusive content. I also haven't had new assets for the Benefactors for a couple of weeks now, so I drew them an extra map, too, which is bundled with the Benefactor archive.

If you're a lurker hiding in the shadows or a newcomer interested in what I'm doing, I'd appreciate it if you'd subscribe! The free version is attached to this post as usual, too. This map's a perfect square at 20x20 tiles, 100ppi as usual. Hope it's useful, and have a good week!
