Good morning (or, it will be, in a few hours), and this week's map is a little confused! I had originally started drawing the stadium map, and then decided that it wasn't up to my arbitrarily-set personal standards, mostly because I couldn't figure out how to justify a bunch of different arenas and I didn't feel like I had done the concept justice anyways. So instead, I drew the second map here over the last few days - the Sword in the Stone!

(Honestly, it's more like a sword-in-the-pedestal-upon-an-altar.)

  • In any case, the Supporter-tier variants this week are a Pokemon stadium styled after both the Indigo Plateau conference and the Lumiose Conference, which was for some reason held on an arena suspended over a pit. I don't know why they designed it like that, but it looks cool, at least. The arena also comes with a generic space variant with some markings for guidance, for your made-up dueling arrangements or spaceball games. If that sounds dumb, don't worry, because I also drew an entirely separate map with the aforementioned pedestal and the like - it comes in Day, Night, and Rainy.
  • The Enthusiast-tier variants, meanwhile, are a space-basketball arena and evening/rainy versions of the sword-in-a-stone map.

I was told that all variants might, in fact, be haunted, but I don't know this for sure, because I didn't draw any ghosts.

The stadium maps are all 24 tiles wide and 32 tiles tall, and the sword-pedestal-long-name maps are 23 wide, 21 tall. It should be straightforward, I think! Zip archives are found on the normal posts. If you're new and like this sort of thing, I'd appreciate it if you'd subscribe - and in any case, I hope it's all enjoyable. Have a good week!
