Just to clarify, midichlorians are just a conduit for living beings to access the force, not the force itself. Think of them as middlemen or a communicator to the living force and the cosmic force. Someone with little to no midichlorians may be able to tap into the force in some way, it’ll just be harder and maybe they only access a specific aspect of it. There are force religions/societies other than the Jedi that use such methods.
