The reason the mangaka showed Muzan so early is because the Manga wasnt selling well

the water is just symbolism he doesn't actually shoot water it's just sword techniques

Not so sure about that FireFlame gamer, considering, just as an example, the -giant whirlpool- that shredded two demons. Or the waterfall basin attack that sent spires of something jetting upward on all sides of him. Or when Giyu uses a sword attack in episode one that creates a wave of force that spreads seemingly several yards off the left of the screen. While I wouldn't say his sword techniques summon literal liquid water, they most definitely summon something which extends his attacks, and considering he uses water breathing and all the art says water, at the very least it's reasonable to assume it's some sort of "magic water" right?

The dude in the first episode didn’t kill any demons that time around, you guys forgot, the demon that was attacking Tanjiro at that point was Nezuko. Tanjiro was fighting him to make sure he didn’t kill her. There were no other demons showed at that point. In the next episode Tanjiro fought another demon who was eating some other household, but that was at least a day’s travel away from there, and that demon was eating all his victims and then got left out in the sun
