So, fun story: I went to the 20th Anniversary panel for Cowboy Bebop at New York Comic Con. Steve Blum and Mary Elizabeth McGlynn (the voice of Julia) were there. Apparently McGlynn was also the director for the American dub and it was her first time directing anything. She said that she so fell in love with Blum as Spike that she had to cast herself as Julia. Blum and McGlynn are currently engaged. Also, Steve Blum has a cowboy bebop tattoo, which, it's just nice to see how much love the people who worked on it have for it and how much it meant to them.

I miss hearing that pantheon of voice actors in mosto f the anime and videogames I played like The Big O, Cowboy Bebop, Wolf's Rain, basically almost every anime that aired on Adult Swim/Toonami back then.
