Hello Everyone!!

Here is the schedule for next two weeks. Just a reminder that second week schedule is tentative.

We posted poll regarding anime vault few days ago and Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood was chosen. So we will be filming few episodes of it tonight. The plan is to release the first episode next week on Wednesday for Patreon ONLY. We will have new part-time editor, AJ, who will be helping us edit FMA:B.

Another note, unfortunately one of our hard drives crashed that had Defenders episode 5, which is why it was not released last week on Patreon. We were unable to recover it, so we will have to go ahead with our schedule skip Episode 5 reaction. All of us have already seen it, so there was no point in re-filming the reaction. Hope that is okay.

As always please let us know if you have any questions and we will try our best to get back to you.

There’s only 8 episodes of American Gods ;)

FMAB is an amazing show. But with that said, the first few episodes (like the first 3) kind of run the same joke into the ground really quick. But you guys will definitely love the show. It has a huge world with a lot of complex and interesting characters.

Where the fck is Korra, jk guys 😂 hope u enjoy FMAB its a beast of a show.

PS

Will you be uploading the remaining (3x12+) uncut reaction episodes for Avatar.

Burooj Ahanger

Will you guys react to korra AFTER fmab? Cause that would be a year too long.

Anonymous

Will you be reacting to the Punisher at some point?

Anonymous

If you don't wanna watch an anime for whatever reason (Death Note), next time don't include it in the poll just to influence the voting the day before it closes.

Evan

You aren't doing Korra after Avatar? That's a disappointment.

Anonymous

The defenders is trash anyway, no harm no foul.

Anonymous

i think is good to give a time, i know some people that started korra right after aang and then stop watching

Pavi

Calm down people, they stated that they will be doing Korra they are just taking a short break. Probably end of December or early January we will start seeing episodes come out.

Pavi

Also, just as an aside, holy shit it's insane how many videos you guys are putting out nowadays! Considering where you started from, doing only a couple shows at a time, to now putting out reactions to like 10 shows, that growth is incredible!

olof

Skip the first FMA episode, since it's basically filler. The real story doesn't start until episode 2. And considering the fact that there's 64 episodes in total, you should consider releasing two episodes a week.

Tabatha Cat

Do you think you might continue to put out unedited versions Avatar the Last Airbender viewings? I very much enjoy those.

Anonymous

Hope FMAB is the dub version!

olof

The dub is very good but subs will always be the right way to go. It doesn't matter which language or what type of media we're talking about - original spoken/written language will always win out in the end imo.

Anonymous

In most cases maybe but in the case of FMAB there's a reason so many people are voting for dubbed. The dub is amazing and fits so well. AND no need to read subtitles which means you wont miss important details. I say FMAB dub is as memorable as DBZ dub, its highly preferred and factors into the Anime being the best.

Ever Beltran

I also prefer subs for anime, but FMAB is one of those rare cases where I like the dub more.

I know they're going to start Korra in December, but I'm going to cancel my pledge until they start releasing a few episodes of Korra. Sorry guys.

PS

No the dub has nasal American accents

Anonymous

Yeah, I'm basically just in it for "The Expanse" now, which is only once a week. I'll still keep my pledge for now, though.

thenormies

We watched first three episodes today and you are right. I couldn't help being biased toward the original but I am keeping my mind open because I have heard Brotherhood is better. - Navi

thenormies

We are planning to start watching Korra on 12/9th Unless something happens

thenormies

Unfortunately people already jumped gun and saw the season. So we won't be reacting to it :(

thenormies

Unfortunately, we didn't realize that we won't have enough people who have never seen Death Note until few days later when the poll was published. It is difficult to have 12+ people on the same page all the time. Which is why we had to influence the poll. Navi and Hannah still want to watch the Death Note live action move and react since they have already seen the series.

thenormies

But we will have 3 people who have never seen anything Fullmetal related, so we can't skip it :(

thenormies

That is definitely our plan. We want to have uncut versions of everything on Patreon.

Anthony

Me too. I'll pledge again when you guys start Korra. See you soon Normies.

Anonymous

so first FMA:B is next Wed? righteous. what pledge category do I need to be in to peep that?

thenormies

Man these Expanse comments make me smile! Also guys we Understand! Dont worry thought Korra will be coming out soon we havent given an exact date because we dont want to give any broken promises. But I know for a fact we are going to start watching Korra second week of Decemeber! So def in December. We will get you concrete days soon! - Nahid

Anonymous

^ Really looking forward to your reaction of the first episode of Korra. Enjoy your break :)

Anonymous

Yeah, The Expanse and Avatar are why I became a patron. I hope you guys dont take too long of a break between seasons of The Expanse, especially because Season 3 is coming soon!

Patrick Balot

Super stoked for FMA:B!! I love Death Note and Cowboy Bebop, but watching your genuine reactions are what makes it truly enjoyable.

Anonymous

They kinda mention the things that happened in the first episode later on. The only other filler episode is 27 which is a recap but it is done the best way a recap can be done. I recommend not skipping any episodes

Kyle Edmond

FMA:B dub please!

Anonymous

Is the new Expanse (episode 9) still coming today?

Lalisa Truong

As someone who prefers the subs over dubs majority of the time, FMAB's dub is definitely one of the exceptions for me.

The Wheff

Personally I recommend dub. I've watched FMAB dub, which had subtitles that I couldn't remove. I found that a lot of the dialogue was lost in the sub, and in some cases the translations were so out of context that they can't really be called translations at all.

Anonymous

American is not an accent, if anything American have zero accent.

Anonymous

You can't seriously believe that. Do you honestly believe the subs for Cowboy Bebop are better written than the dub? Freaking insane dude.

Anonymous

I have watched both the dubbed and the subbed version and they were both fine. The dubbed versions of anime have more chances of ruining the narration than subs because they have to make changes to fit the dialogue, and we have seen it happen in a lot of dubbed anime. Also the subs on the version you watched were probably bad fansubs.
