This week the boys shed light on the often overlooked story of The Bath School Massacre and we learn the tale of Andrew Kehoe, the orchestrator of the series of violent planned explosions that took the lives of 35 children and 12 others from a small Michigan Township in 1927.

(Trigger Warning: This episode contains descriptions of murder & violence against children.)

Wonder if they'll refer to the tried and true Harold Schecter for this episode!

Ashley

Impeccable timing, lads! I just read Harold Schechter’s chronicle of the story called ‘Maniac’. Very excited to listen to your take!

IVE BEEN WAITING SO LONG FOR THIS!

Oh we doing trigger warnings now? Too late, you've desensitized me.

Oooh been waiting for this one

Goody Gumdrop

Best wishes to Marcus. Long covid is rough stuff!

They're not about sensitivities, they're warnings that symptoms of illness might be triggered, mostly PTSD and OCD.

This sort of story makes me want to wear a helmet at all times in case of getting an injury that turns me into a psychopathic asshole. Normally the head injury or lead poisoning happens in infancy, but this guy and Henry VIII were adults when their personalities changed. Horrifying

ArmchairGravy

Heck yeah. I've been waiting for this one. Kehoe is a complete dick.

Yeah, makes me really consider the impact of traumatic brain injuries. Shaun White has a friend who was arguably a better snowboarder but he suffered a TBI that entirely changed his life including his personality.

Damn, this was such a good but brutal episode - great work boys
