Small mid-week update (Patreon)

Hi everyone :)

Above is a screenshot of the completed voice scripts for ep 4 & 5 (ish) of the new main series :) Usually, an episode contains roughly 3000 words for about 30 mins of video, depending on how many "heavy explaining" and how many "instrumental" sections there are.

For upcoming friday, I intended to have the first half of ep4 of the main series fully done (indestructible biter bases), but unfortunately I caught some throat sickness, and my voice has been completely obliterated for a few days, so I haven't been able to record my voice script, which is a prereq for starting the video editing. My voice is improving again, but even if I can voice record the script tomorrow, it will be not enough time left to get half of a main series episode edited.

I did feel it coming, so last saturday, on my last voice, I recorded my side project (the 100% evolution start) until [either the rocket launch, or to the point where it was obvious that I would no longer make the 15h "no time for chitchat" achievement]. (I've edited out most of it where I could, but you might be able to hear some funny puberty voice skips in some lines during the next few episodes of this one lol).

That means, except for rviewing the mains series material and writing the story, I'm mostly working on the side project again this week, so this friday you can expect an hour long episode 8 of "Factorio but start with 100% Biter Evolution..."
