Billing Up Front (Patreon)

Fantastic Patrons, I have just enabled the billing up front option.

• What will change?

Nothing will change if you are already a member. New members will be charged up front for the first month when they join Timmy Talks on Patreon.

• Why make these changes?

I would like to enable the annual billing option for my patrons. To do so, I must first change the payment settings to pay up front.

• Why choose for annual billing?

At this moment, every patron is billed per month. This means that you have to pay processing fees every month. If you choose to pay for 1 year, you only pay processign fees once. If you are planning to support my channel for the whole year this can be an interesting option.

• When can we opt for annual billing?

At this moment, I am looking into the requirements that I have to meet to apply for annual billing. Billing up front is the first step in this process. As soon as annual billing is activated, I will put a post up on Patreon to let you all know and I will also share this information on Discord.

• Can we also choose to pay up front for several months or 6 months?

Patreon does not offer these options yet, but I will contact them to ask if they are planning to do so in the future.
