fatal error after the ... web boss... if you go to floor 1 (that vent is set up like the rest) you can NOT go back to 2 for the portal. there is no vent back and dying doesn't respawn you at base, this locks your file

So after that fight, you went down to floor 1 correct? I have found the issue and will have it fixed for Chapter two release. It allows you to enter the first floor after that fight, but the vent to get back opens up after the mission that requires you to enter that floor. Thanks for bringing this up.
