New tier for commissions and some changes (Patreon)

New tier for those who want a commission 

One drawing per month, two characters, flat color

Or one drawing, single character, cel shader

Also I changed a little the existing tiers

Basically i moved the sketches, wips(for drawings) or unfinished art to tier 5

Check them if you want to move or stay in your current tier
