File Issue - Non-Photoshop Support (Patreon)

Hi all. Some of you that have been trying to use GIMP 2 to make use of the layered "Recolor" files with the free program GIMP may have found some confusing lack of functionality.
This is because the recent modular releases have been using Photoshop's "Smart Object" functionality which isn't yet supported on most free editing software. 

To deal with this I will be breaking down the files into layers that are supported and possibly supplying a PS and GIMP version of these files where necessary.

Also, I will take this opportunity to include some basic instructions on how to use the files in the documents themselves as a standard practice.
