Payment mess up (Patreon)

So there seems to be an issue with patreon and upfront payment. It only processed 11 people for march instead of the full 22 but then charged everyone for April as planned. It seems they only charged the people who signed up in March after I switched upfront payments and not the ones who were already pledged (which makes no sense)

So half of the pledges didn't go through for the March rewards. I'm slowly trying to figure out what to do. I will message everyone individually who wasn't charged for march and let them chose between receiving the physical rewards for either March or April.

The digital set for March will still be released as planned. For the patrons who want prints who weren't charged for both months and want the rewards for March and April, I will set up a store envy where the March rewards will be available to purchase in a set.  (Through a private link) 

Clearly it's a glitch they haven't sorted through.  I have sent them an email in the meantime to see if this can be sorted and notify you guys right away if anything changes.
