February Patch Updates and Releases (Patreon)

The following mods have been reupdated:

Golden Years 1.4 - This is just to delete an erroneous file.

Freelance Chef 3.6.6 - This is a reupdate as I needed to change a file. this is a critical update as not having it can break inventories.  

SimNation Travel 6.6 - it had not been replaced by 6.6 and was still 6.5. the correct zip has been uploaded and the old version replaced. If you used the bulk download you have the correct one.

University Application Overhaul 5.7.5- This is a new version number as it was missing the updated files in the zip

Hello All,

Hope everyone is doing well. Over half my mods were affected the patch either through the tuning group id issue or the script LE error so it took me quite a bit of time to get this to you else I would've had these ready on patch day.

It was quite shocking since it was just a patch for a stuff pack, but alas that's EA; fixing stuff they broke which then breaks other stuff. Anyhoo, any mods not updated below should be compatible with the current patch except Writer Career/Overhaul which remains broken and will get fixed in the next few weeks as it needs some logistical changes as well but I didn't want to delay further for it. Patrons, you can download all the fixes in bulk here.

Connected Sims has been both updated and made public. You can find the latest version 1.3 below. 

I also have a new mod, Personal Care Services, available in early access. You can find more about that below. I have some updates and feature updates for both early access patreon and public versions of Healthcare Redux and Divergent Sims.

Public Mod Release

Connected Sims 1.4  

This is a which gives Sims opportunities to be invited to activities, events, and social outings by and with friends and family members. Some take place at venues around the world, some take place at sim's houses, some are seasonal, some happen on the weekend, some happen year round and all week and some are rabbitholes. Sims can receive between 1-3 invitations a week to do over 50 different active and rabbithole activities, events, and social outings.

It has been updated so if you had the early access version, please update the mod! You should have version 1.4.

Updated for the patch. Added in-patient mental health treatment programs for Depression, PTSD, Anxiety, Eating Disorders, and Personality Disorders. They last for 3 days similar to Rehab. Your Sim will come back either fully recovered from these conditions or in the final stages of Recovery for these conditions. Members of the family can visit sims in the rehab or mental health treatment center. Updated for compatibility/support for Basemental Gambling. Added new option to force Sims in treatment centers and rehab to come home.

This is a rename. Delete the old version; do not replace. This new iteration expands the relationships you can add to sim's in the world without first meeting them from extended family relationships to friends and enemies. You can now choose npcs to be your sim's acquaintances, friends, good friends, best friend, disliked, and enemies from a picker on your sim without first having to meet them.

Healthcare Redux 8.5
Updated for the patch. Added menopause for adults and elders as well as copper IUDs as birth control and as emergency contraception into the Gynecology module. These are compatible and integrated with the newest versions of RPO and WW.

Added genetic markers which raise or lower the risk of certain disorders and conditions based on inherited genetics, i.e. certain disorders will now run in families. When diagnosed, the Sim will be informed if they have a family history. For Sims who already have conditions, they won't know until they go to the genetic counselor. At this time, the counselor will only tell you if a condition runs in your family.

Cochlear Implants are now available as wearable medical devices thanks to AJNebula! Add the Meshes if you want them in game. Add the optional Cochlear Implant file if you want neutral colors automatically added when your sim gets cochlear implants. Otherwise, add any style in CAS as desired. Added missing compatibility for Divergent Sim side effects to be treated with HCR medications

Patreon Updates

Divergent Sims 5.1 
Updated for the patch. Added the ability for genetics to pay a part in the proclivity of some sims towards specific neurological and mental health conditions. This will affect both which conditions are more likely to occur in sims and which conditions their offspring are more likely to get. This is not as pronounced as it is in HCR as there's a much lower correlation between genetics and mental health conditions but for the sake of the mod it exists. 

Healthcare Redux 9.1 
Updated for the patch. Added the ability for your child sims to get head lice from school which requires multiple shampoo treatments via the shower, the ability to diagnose WTDs from RPO during regular checkups and gynecological visits, and a trait you can add to your pets (cats, dogs, and horses) to make them hypoallergenic so that even if you have pets and an animal dander allergy, your sim won't be affected by the pets which have the trait. 

New Mod

Personal Care Services 

This mod is currently in early access. Details below.

This mod adds a few rabbithole based options for your sim's personal care needs. The options are available under the General Pie menu. This will require the General Pie menus and only needs Base Game but if you have IL the Tanning Salon will be available, if you have Spa Day all the spa and nail salon options will be available to you, and if you have HSY waxing and shaving options will be available to you. 

The options are as follows:
