January Pop-In (Patreon)

Hello All,

I'm not completely back at 100, yet! I have a terrible cold and am just now turning the corner so apologies for the delay (I know, it's that time of year again, sorry in advance). I'm just poking my head out, so to speak. If you've sent me a message, if you've tried to contact me on discord, or whatever, I'll be slowly working my way through those so you should get a response sometime in next week or so. Thank you for your patience!

I will have a new mod for you mid-to-late February as well as a requested feature addition update for HCR around the same time.  Our collab chugs on and I do have an ETA for you: release will be sometime this spring (mid-March or early April)!! More about that later in February.

Golden Years is now available for the public. You can find out more info about the mod here and the download is available here. It has been updated so if you had the early access version, please update the mod! You should have version 1.3.7.

Connected Sims

I found it weird that for my sims to have an active social life, they had to almost always be the initiator of any activities. I, as well as many others, have mods which expand the available activities sims can do together, but my mod, like most others, also requires the active Sim to initiate the activity and bring others along. 

For this mod, I wanted to expand the opportunities my sims had to have others they know (i.e. npcs) initiate a wide variety of social occasions, rabbithole events, and venue invitations from eating brunch at a hip new restaurant in San Myshuno or a day of pampering at the spa in Oasis Springs, to being invited over to an npc friend's house for a House Party or Slumber Party or having a family member throw a Family BBQ at the park or throw your sim a Baby Shower at their own house (b/c it's weird to throw yourself a baby shower), to being invited to Laser Tag or a Paintball rabbitholes.

I added over 50 new ways your sim can be engaged by and with their friends and family outside of their household. Some are invitations to Sim's houses, some are invitations to world Venues, and some are rabbithole invitations a la City Living invites. Some occur all year, some are seasonal, some happen only on the weekend, and some can occur throughout the week. There's a chance to receive between 1-3 invitations a week depending on a Sim's age.

This will be available for for Sapphire and Violet tiers tomorrow or Friday (most likely tomorrow) and will be available to Midnight and Azure tiers during beta release at the end of next week.
