Since I'm updating my mods for Milestones, I figured this was your chance to tell me things you either wanted to change about existing mods or features you wish they had.

Please don't suggest things which would be whole, brand new mods but rather tweaks to the existing mods or features which would naturally be a part of existing mods.

The mods which will be updated for Milestones are as follows so only make suggestions for those mods, please. I make no promises but I'll do my best to do ones which make sense to me, are feasible, and can be done within my timeframe :)

Thanks!

I haven't seen this as part of the mod, so if its already included, thats okay! but I think it would be cool to somehow add some form of sensory issues/food issues with the divergent mod. As an autistic person who loves more realism in my mods (your mods are the best for that), I think it would be interesting to have some form of sensory issues for sims!

for HCR I would love to see pediatric checkups---since newborns can "go to daycare" i wonder if it would be possible to have the new parents take the baby for a checkup using that mechanic. Maybe some of the infant conditions could be detected at that time--or perhaps a "(newborn sim) seems to be a little bit behind in their (motor, social, physical etc) development. Babies can develop at different paces, but we should keep an eye on this" followed by a few extra checkup prompts---and then there could be a chance of it developing into a condition as they get older. It would be cool if the parents got "worried" moodlets when the doctor detects potential disorders. Maybe there could even be an internet option for the parents to 'research developmental disorders' as a way to calm the worry/sadness or make it worse if they have paranoia or anxiety disorders. (And actually, as a person with OCD and generalized anxiety disorder, I could relate to there being an option for sims with anxiety disorders/paranoia features to research medical disorders in general and have that result in amplification of the anxiety/paranoia). And then upon diagnosis, they could have fear/sadness that their child will struggle, but if they did the research, maybe they could be 'confident' that they are equipped to help their child thrive. (something that could trigger automatically upon receiving a diagnosis if they did the research prior, or as a means to calm the fear/sadness of the diagnosis if they did not) Would also be cool if each new life stage brought prompts for a checkup as well a couple of routine additional ones for more vulnerable life stages/conditions. If it already exists I apologize, but I was also thinking that for Eyecare, it might be cool if the more severe eye conditions could be detected in infancy or toddlerhood also, since babies and toddlers can wear eyewear. Perhaps even an incorporation with HCR like getting a referral for optometrist during a medical checkup Would be interesting to have rabbithole play therapy options for toddlers and children diagnosed with developmental disorders also.

Could you elaborate on what you mean by that? There's definitely sensory issues in ASD in Divergent Sims currently and they're pretty high occuring, I think it's like a 1/5 chance they happen.

1. Pediatric checkups are already in HCR 2. Developmental struggles including for infants and toddlers are already heavily featured in Divergent Sims. Play therapy is already included in that mod. You can check out that mod. 3. As far as life stage checkups, I think that's doable but not sure it's necessary unless it falls outside of the normal window for sim's checkups. I'd have to think about how practical or desired that would be. 4. The mods themselves individually are fairly complex. Having separated appointments specific to each mod helps to keep them running more smoothly and make it less confusing to people using multiple ones.

Hi, I was wondering if it would be possible for teens to be camp counselors for day or away camp?

i would love to see more pregnancy complications, still born babies, premature labor and preemies that have to stay in the hospital. what do you think?

adeepindigo

Premature labor is actually already in the mod but stillborn babies and preemies is possible

For divergent sims, some sims get a Special Interest. I could not find a record of which special interest I chose when I got the pop up (I may be missing that), but would like to see that special interest in the simology panel, since I play rotationally and forget my sims' special interests. For Voting Tradition, I would like to see a notification late that day or early the next that there was an outcome to the election, and a buff according to whether the outcome was desired by the sim or not. It's just weird to go vote and then have zero follow up on the outcome. In an ideal universe I would like to see something like what they can do on New Year's Eve, where they can watch returns on TV and get excited. But that's just my fantasy- a simple notification plus buffs would be fine!

I love the voting tradition idea, you asked at just the right time since I have to update that mod for the milestone.

I'm wondering if for the Health Care Redux if theres a trait for pets to make them hypoallergenic. If not I think that would be neat.

Hi! I'm a historical Sims 4 player and it would be wonderful to have more opportunities to treat by home remedies in GTW Health Overhaul. For example, eating honey/lemons or a new herbalism potion (or compatibility with littlemssam's Herbalism Potions)

Hi - I recently had cataract surgery, which I LOVED. I see better now than I have my entire life. Do you have anything for this in Eye Care for elder sims? I have just restarted my game after some time away, and am not currently playing elders in my family. Just wondering... :) And THANK YOU for all you do to make the game more realistic!
