Patreon Tier Updates! (Patreon)

Hey everyone!

I've gone through and cleaned up the Patreon tiers, clarifying each one, and even adding in a few new features to the higher ones.  I've also added a sketch tier that's currently locked to only one person right now, but since it's charge up-front (and this is the end of December), I'm going to ask that no one pledge at that level until the 1st, okay?

There's added MouseCakes voting for the $5 tier, for when I get that back up and running, which may only apply once or twice an arc I think.  You'll be able to vote on either who gets eaten, and/or who shows up again after being previously devoured!  So there's some aspect of permanance to things, but it'll be easy to change depending on public opinion.

Here we go, getting back into it!
