It's probably the styling of the Midori comic, but it's a little weird seeing Myu with a different skin tone than what we see in her own comic. The thing that caught my attention more was the photo in the 2nd panel being said to be "years old". How much time in lore has passed since the start of this comic?

Earlier in this comic or log myu maybe it comes up that you can only take the drops once a year, and she’s taken them twice, so at least two years checks out.

It's been three years since the start of the comic. Pages often have time markers that give a rough idea of the passage of time, some much more precise than the one on this page. Page 19 for example had "almost three years ago".
