Stiles isn't sick. The Nogitsune made him think he has the same disease like his mother to be able to take over Stiles more easily. We learnt in this episodes that the brain scans where exactly the same, which isn't possible like his dad pointed out -> Somehow the Nogitsune copied the scans and made Stiles think he is sick.
