I like how you can dislike a character and still aknowledge when they do something good, and vice versa, when a character you like does something you highly disaree with you call them out. Really enjoy your reactions 😄👏🏼

Hey, it's been awhile since we spoke. Hope you and your loved ones are doing well & staying safe. I know you are further into the story and probably don't care anymore, but I wanted to mention at this point I found every time Ryan "dropped everything" for Marissa, it infuriated me haha. Of course, I agree with you when it came to that situation. Ryan's behavior and responses were unnecessarily naïve. Surprisingly, I don't find what Ryan did as romantic because it felt desperate. Given Ryan's history, he never seemed like the type, but the more I think about it, his relationship with his mother might be the reason for many of those things. Still, I can't stand it. In general, it's the same when other protagonists do it, but this character more so gets under my skin. Using the whole "he's a teenager" angle feels like a cop-out, and the series isn't convincing me lol.
