I know, I know it's slow right now. I just watched a different reactor watch another episode in a later season and she was sobbing and so upset🥺 😂 this show really does get spectacular. I realize the whole point of these episodes is to get the audience to that point, where we're uncontrollably sobbing. To have loved and lived with these characters so long that we care about them so much and they become a genuine part of your household. I know that's how it is for most of the fandom. It's episodes like this, that don't necessarily mean anything, but just show us more of the boys personality that I took for granted when I first watched the show. I love rewatching them, when things were so simple, or at least simple for this show. Plus we get a half naked Sam.👀 Love to see it😍. Anyway love that you're still able to analyze even the monster-of-the-week episodes. See ya next time🤗

Ugh. It's painful to watch with this music! All the ambience is lost. More filler, unfortunately (SPN does tend to have its share of filler, but there's a greater proportion in Season 1 where the central plot arc is basically "let's find dad". But there's a lot of character work which is going to pay off later, as you are more invested in Sam and Dean and their relationship. Admittedly SPN takes a while to get going, but it will eventually speed up and have some truly fantastic and imaginative plot, as well as all sorts of emotions.

This is the show when it still had the training wheels on.
