This is why I was curious to see if your opinion of Karen changed as the season went on. I always thought she was kind of a bitch but she didn't behave any different than guys do for the most part. In the last two episodes they made her kind of irredeemable. Something about it felt sexist to me, but then there are characters like Terry Milkovich who are even worse. I understand not liking Mandy. I personally came to like her around season 3 so I'm curious to see if your opinion changes as well. A lot of these characters are products of their surroundings. They've never had to hold themselves to higher standards so these are the kind of lives they live. For me, Mandy's one of the more tragic characters of them all. I don't think Monica would've tried to kill herself if they let her stay under the stairs. It was dumb to think sitting her there with everyone joking and laughing while she was in that kind of mental state was going to work. They should've just let her be. But I agree... it was selfish to do it during Thanksgiving. It was selfish to take the money too though. When she's not on her meds, she's at the mercy of her emotions and does whatever satisfies her in the moment. I agree about Lip. He makes terrible decisions but you can't help rooting for him. There's something human about him and Jeremy Allen White is a terrific actor. There are some scenes in seasons coming up... holy shit. I don't know how he and Emmy Rossum didn't both win Emmy's. The bloody vagina! If I wasn't gay before... lolol

Hey I don’t know what happened to your comments Kenny, but I read them. Crazy two episodes. Yeah you’re right all these characters are a product of their environments so it’s hard to judge them. You said Monica might not have attempted suicide if they left her under the stairs. I never thought of it like that and that’s an interesting point.😄

Monica is bipolar and should be interned, she needs a medical environment, she is not doing it alone and her family cannot look after and do all the work for her, she must want to get better.
