i actually got spoiled about the time jump when i was watching the show so i was prepared for this. i feel like the show needs everyone in the same place, and the cast being spread out in like 3 locations during college would've been jarring. and i honestly don't know what new stories they'd tell. i'm also glad they skipped the baby stage with jamie hes so adorable and maybe one of the best things to come from the time jump. but yes! it is so real and depressing to see where all the characters are now especially with how heartwarming the s4 finale is. we had all these hopes for how their futures would turn out and we're now seeing the reality of it all. i just love seeing the characters start to navigate adulthood.

Glad i caught up on reactions. this season can be jarring to get used to but once every storyline settles in, i genuinely love the adult years more than the teen years
