Welcome to the Restored House of Thalivar.

Designed to accompany Thalivar's Beacon from Divine Contention, this restored tower is now home to a contingent of guards and a researching wizard.

All [4] floors of the tower have been restored, and access to the Ethereal Spire may now just be possible, with the right rituals and combination of spells.

The tower now provides ample barracks for guardsmen, a researching chamber, officer's quarters, kitchen, servant's quarters, guard's room, library, wizard's chambers, laboratory and planar beacon.
