Hey guys!

Very excited to release this one to you, as I know many of you have been asking/wanting this for a long time.

This is a RESTORED version of the Redbrand Hideout in the town of Phandalin. What was a crumbling and rundown cellar of the ruined Tresendar Manor is now a restored base of operations for your players or other NPC's following the removal of its previous occupants.

In my interpretation of this restored version of the map, I made a few changes:

1. Increase Trench Size -- I increased the size of the trench running through the cavern and added some carved stone steps to make it a working alchemy, herbalist and research area, utilizing some of the necromantic energies to aid in those endeavors, when appropriate.

2. Expanded Common Room - I expanded the common room to more easily represent a kitchen and larder in a place that it made the most sense.

3. Expanded Hallway - The previously trapped hallway has been slightly expanded into a small jail/prison and guard station, with some secret doors leading further into the compound.

4. Crypt to Shrine/Temple - I converted the crypt to a temple/shrine with several potential deities represented, so as to give the occupants more use of the space and room, but still maintaining some of the sarcophagi should your group have kept the main theme of the room.

5. Adjust Hallway - I adjusted the layout of Glassstaff's old room, adding a hallway that makes it easier to travel through the compound without walking through a private bedroom to do so.

For the general compound design, I've included a legended version of the map along with these brief descriptions of each area:

1. Cellar Entry, Cistern & Storage - Stairs descend from either the restored or ruined Tresendar Manor above, winding down toward this spacious storage area that contains a large cistern, burning braziers and stacks of barrels, crates, grain sacks and other supplies.

2. Private Bedroom - This private bedroom has been lightly themed after a druid, and provides someone with accommodations off a hallway.

3. Private Bedroom - This private bedroom has been lightly themed after a barbarian or fighter, and provides someone with accommodations off the Storage Room.

4. Guard Post & Jail - This section of hallway has been expanded to include [2] jail cells capable of holding a total of [5] prisoners comfortably, a small table, weapons racks and some storage. A secret door behind one of the weapons racks leads into [5].

5. Secret Storage - Behind a secret door, this storage chamber holds several cabinets, dressers, chests and other shelves for storing goods. A secret door behind the bookshelf leads into [6].

6. Temple/Shrine - The former crypt has been restored as a temple/shrine with statues dedicated to many potential deities for the occupants to worship, as they will. Two of the original sarcophagi remain.

7. Private Bedroom - This private bedroom has been lightly themed after a ranger, and provides someone with accommodations near the temple.

8. Private Bedroom - This private bedroom has been lightly themed after a bard, and provides someone with accommodations near the temple.

9. Secret Vault - This vault is located off a hallway hidden behind two secret doors from the temple [6] and tailoring workspace [10]. It is accessed by an especially secure door.

10. Tailoring Workspace - This general workspace has been themed for weaving, spinning threads and tailoring to make clothing, banners and other cloth goods.

11. Repurposed Cavern & Trench - The original cavern trench has been expanded and converted into a workspace for doing alchemy, herbalism and general research exploring the necromantic energies that reside there.

12. Southern Doorway - This tunnel accessing the compound from the forest east of the Alderleaf farm now has a secure door.

13. Guard Captain Quarters - This private quarters is reserved for a Guard Captain or Head Servant or other NPC living in the compound.

14. Guard/Servant Barracks - This barracks provides [6] beds to workers living here on site, whether they be craftsmen, servants or guards for the compound.

15. Common Room - This common room has as large table seating [8], comfortable couch and chair and crackling fire.

16. Kitchen - This modest kitchen makes the most of its space to prepare delicious meals for the party and its guests.

17. Storage - This small chamber provides ample storage for kitchen goods.

18. Library - This small library contains shelves of tomes and books, as well as a wooden table surrounded by four comfortable chairs for conducting research.

19. Private Bedroom - This private bedroom has been lightly themed after a wizard or sorcerer, and provides accommodations near the library.

I hope you guys enjoy it as much as I do!

Tier Rewards will be sent out shortly!

OMG it came out even better than I had thought! TYVM for listening to the door / secret door suggestions. Moving the lab into the chasm didn't even occur to me and it's so obvious to have it down there for multiple reasons. The secret door within the secret room to the Temple is also brilliant. Love that you found a way to keep the jail cells! That's important to the necro in my party lol.
