Module | Lair of the Black Spider! (Patreon)

I am pleased to showcase my first Module released under the Open Gaming License for D&D on DriveThruRPG, Lair of the Black Spider.

The module presents an exiled drow wizard searching for powerful relics that has created a lair in a cavernous system below ruined village. Its inception came after discussions regarding the Lost Mine of Phandelver, and how some people wanted either a different final showdown with the protagonist, Nezznar, or something leading up to the final confrontation that lent him more depth, purpose and backstory, so I created this module.

The  cave system is accessible via an empty well, for which I chose a ruined village (easy choice for Conyberry) to make that region both relevant  to the campaign and a reasonably remote place for the lair to exist.

I also wrote the 8-page module (my first one!) for the lair, which would certainly take my group at least a session to run. I decided to write the module in a more generic  fashion, so people could use it for any particular campaign/adventure  they were running, but the content would fit seamlessly with LMoP's  story arc.
